Follow-up after completion
We normally provide a permanent connection to one or more of the system’s crucial workstations and with the server. This is definitely useful for user(s) support. If that were to be necessary at all, as the system is so intelligent that it automatically notifies our helpdesk if a problem occurs.
We also always suggest a customized contract format to update the system on a regular basis. Behind the scenes we are constantly working on new applications that you will be able to benefit from in the future. We continuously test new technologies, which are subsequently implemented if they prove beneficial.
