Control and monitoring of the production steps

IC-trace supports all kinds of options to monitor the production process, using PDAs, tablets, workstations… To have and to keep solid control over production is a crucial element in managing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

A list of tasks (activities) that need to be executed is generated based on user category, together with estimated start times of each activity (task).

The operator is guided through each activity: they will know what batch needs to be used, as well as quantities and ingredients.

This results in a real-time overview of the production line(s), in other words, in efficiency management, which answers questions such as:

Has a sample been taken? What was the result?
What is the status of the (semi-)finished product?
Which operator was at work?
How does the workstation perform?
Have there been any breakdowns?
What is the inventory level?
